Because i was told before that customs would only take it, not that it would/could come back as a felony. I haven't opened a dispute, just sent him an email.

IDK about you, but "grow a pair"? Tell yourself that when you face criminal charges! No offense, but yeah... screw that.

I suppose I can't really blame you for worrying if that were the case (be stupid not to t.b.h), but I really don't think you would have had anything to worry about. I'm sure I've read somewhere Max saying he's had no problems with customs anywhere. I could be wrong.


btw,,, I bought the 1.2W 445 Rifle recently. It didn't come through customs as that ;-)

A lot of members have ordered from Lazerer and haven't had any problems. I don't see why you are so paranoid. Usually they just confiscate the laser and send you a nice letter.

Well this was interesting to read :na: Don't worry about it. Everybody I have talked to on the forum have said that Lazerer has no problems what so ever with getting through customs. The best way to handle it is to forget you ordered it and then when it shows up at your door its like Christmas all over again.

Max is an honest seller.

I have purchased a few from him and they arrive in 17-19 days well packaged.

I had a bad tailcap on the first order and he sent another right away!

Thumbs up for this seller!

Kind of straying from the topic here.. But does max have an Email address or does he use the plain 'sales@lazerer.com' one?

Dude, chill out. You will get your laser err Flashlight. Max is a great guy. Mine came labeled as flashlight / gift.

You won't loose it to Customs that is highly unlikely, Max is a solid guy.

Some people dont want to take chances. It is a criminal act. We have no problem with it, but that doesnt mean others want to risk their criminal record for a laser. Instead of keep telling him to do it, tell him how to make or buy one locally. Duh' There are always people selling lasers here. He just needs to pick one.

It was ALL over the Lazerer website for nearly a month, as well as in emails from them and posts on here. It is also common knowledge that most people go home to their families during the Chinese New Year Vacation.

I never ordered off of Lazerer but I have off of Tmart twice and both orders came through (last year), and one was their over speced 1w green laser with battery. I had to come down to the post office to sign for it though.

I was hoping that the cops weren't there waiting too....lol.
