Purchasing from Lazerer

Hi guys.

I want to purchase a laser from Lazerer but the problem is that I do not gave a credit card nor I could find somebody to lend me theirs. According to Lazerer's FAQ, they accept payments through Western Union. I know that this is not the best option when shopping online but its all I've got. I have done my research and it turns out that most people say that Lazerer is a reputable company and that Max is a good guy. Now, can I still trust them if I pay through WU? What do you think will be the odds?

I'm from the Philippines by the way. I know of a Filipino Cargo forwarding company that operates between here and the US. They have a card-free shopping service where you give them the URL of your item and they purchase it or you using their company's credit card but the charge $25. I have not contacted WU yet regarding their rates but when it's close to $25 I will just go with the credit card method.
