Well almost two weeks ago I ordered some of The regular ol dust caps we all know and love from price angels. It was only $3 dollars so I'm not going crazy, but I have lasers that need dust caps. It was one week went by and the status said waiting to be shipped , so I sent John a message asking if he could see what was up, he said he needed my order number to check if, so I sent it to
Him. All this was a week ago give or take a day or two. No reply. No update on order. It's been waiting to be packaged for two weeks.

I dont see how taking a little bag of dust caps put em in a box and send put them in the mail could take 20 minutes much less two weeks. This is sad to see because I was impressed with the customer service he was trying to provide the forums. But now I'm not impressed at all. If this is how they handle small, simple orders, then what's going to happen with bigger expensive orders? Needless to say Im not going to find out.

This just upsets md. Not a big deal, just nothing should take 2 weeks to be put into a box IMO.

Well. Just like DX. They probably don't have a huge warehouse of stuff, and have to wait for their suppliers most of the time. I (personally) would pester John again. It really seems like he wants (but may be failing) to provide above-average customer service.
Give it time. Remember, you are ordering from China, and it takes a long time for the little man in the boat to row all the way over here to the US.

I can understand shipping. That is not my worry. My worry is two weeks to get it packaged and in the mail. If an item says in stock that should mean ready to ship. If it is not ready to be shipped, it should say will take one month to ship. That's what bugs me. If it says on stock. It should be ready.

Let see what John has to say as I'm sure He'll notice this thread. I just placed a new order with PA last week, and I'm pleased with the service on the transaction. I got prompt E-mails and PA shipped My stuff out in a couple of days. Although I was surprised that according to HK Post My order actually shipped 2 days after I was notified it had shipped.

Yeah. Take it up with John... Hopefully he will sort you out.
FYI: I ordered some stuff (flashlight and LED gadget) from them on Friday (Jan 14), and they just notified me of shipping (yesterday Jan 19th) but there is still no tracking number. I'm not too worried. I'm sure I will get it.
So, when you check Account Manager what does it say?

My tracking number took 2 days before it worked, and that was when HK Post said my order was excepted for shipping. Maybe it takes 2 days to get from the mainland to the island.

My last 2 orders from China 1 with DX & 1 with goodluckbuy both arrived in exactly 10 days from when I placed the order. Go Figure It's like Russian Roulette or luck of the draw out of China.

@ Ash I got My tracking number in the E-mail saying My order shipped. Are You saying you got the shipping E-mail without a tracking #?

hello, Jake

I'm sorry I am late. I just notice your thread and feel truely sorry for all the trouble.

I don't remember whether I have told you the spring festival (which is the most important festival in china just as christmas day in the western) was coming, and we had 14 days off. Worse still, many of our suppliers have nearly a month off.

Now, how about your order? has it been shipped? I will check for you tomorrow (now it is in the night in china)

I'm truly sorry for it!

Best wishes for you and thanks a million for your always support!

No problem. Almost every chinese company has delayed 2 weeks. ;)

He speaks the truth :)

I have three (3) orders from DX that are still sitting in the "Order Received" stage, and have been for up to 2 weeks. It's normal right now. Par for the course. Everyone is subject to the same delays, it's not a PriceAngels problem.
