I added her to my contacts list 2 days ago but it still says "Awaiting Authorization". I tried sending a message anyway but it said "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients." So yea...

Hmmm.. unfortunately, if nothing happens in around 20 days, issue a refund by paypal.
You can fill a dispute right now, if Faona shipped you something, she will give you and paypal the tracking and everything will went fine.

You ordered from her (sending emails) or from the site (adding by cart etc)?

From the site. I ordered the item and got an email from paypal the next day. I sent the payment and haven't heard back since.

Maybe she don't know who you are and didn't understand your emails. Get the transaction ID and send her the number, send a subject that alarm her like 'I'LL FILL A DISPUTE IF YOU DON'T ANSWER ME, NOW!'. She should read and help you.

My second and third emails had the transaction ID in them but I'll send another one.
