Optotronics - Upgrade Policy...

I only upgraded my RPL 350 because I had to have the new style silver RPL! Polished head and knurled grip with awesome logo!

But I am so happy with the service from Optotronics, that I have to mention it here...



My RPL 350 was in mint condition, but was over 1 year old. Jack still gave me 80% of it's value on an upgrade to the new style RPL 375!

Who does that??

Not only that, but I am very impressed with the power reading. Using my Coherent PM5200, it goes over 400mW's with-in 30 seconds warm up...

It keeps climbing, and peaks at over 460mW's! (45 sec.) Thanks for picking me out a nice one Jack!!!

I was so impressed with the power, that I left it on for longer than I normally would, just to see where it would settle once it started to get warmer. Even after 1 1/2 minutes, it settled at around 395mW, and still fluctuating above 400mW's! (I repeated this test 3 times with the same results)

I believe that most companies would have sold this as a 450mW laser. But Jack sold it as an RPL 375...

I couldn't be more happy with the great quality and customer service from Jack at Optotronics.

That looks very nice! I'm still pissed that mine was dropped. It is going back for repair tomorrow. Hopefully it won't cost too much. I also hope I'll be able to seel it so I can use the money for a silver 350.
