Hey Guys.

O-Like.com is now up and running once more.

I have transferred the website to a USA server, but we are having issues with the domain, and I will get Susie to contact Xinnet today so we can FULLY transfer over the domain name, although, everything on the front should be working now.

There has been a live chat feature added, which whilst I had use of it, many customers found very useful.

More products should slowly be added :)


Any recommendations guys?



Also, I'd love your thoughts on this:

Do you think a live chat/email operator with excellent English, and business skills would increase the level of customer service and set O-Like apart from the rest??

and i can always appreciate an operator with good service skills and good english.

Yes I think the bettter customer service there is the more I like a online business.

I liked the old English (Susie :D ) Very cool.

Live chat would definetly increase interest but would also increase potential bots and other online threats. Also you will need many operators, not just one, considering the mount of questions asked everyday. Susie even has trouble finding time today answering everything.

The live chat will have no issues such as bots etc. We are able to deal with them.
Yesterday I was manning the live chat, maximum amount of chats at one time was 2, and everyone was immensely satisfied :)

Another person wouldn't necessarily replace Susie, AT ALL, it'd just mean longer Live-Chat hours, faster email responses, etc.

I hope you will still sell that adjustable Infrared 980nm 60mW. Or any adjustable handheld IR above 808nm (invisible).

It is nice to see that Susie will not be leaving us, she is synonim with o-like here :D

Anyhow, I see that live chat is going good, and nice to hear that you will not have issues, meaning the chat will work as intented for a long time.

I will try it out next time I order something.
Unforunately, my last order of 50mW green module was the last one you will see from me in a month or two.

I had the honer of using the live chat feature, a few nights ago. It was very quick and easy.
I was kinda surprised when I clicked on the live chat link, and got someone's attention.

The item I wanted had not yet been posted to the new website. It was also not one of her regular ebay items. So I had been bugging Susie the past few nights. But with the new site change and all the headache that go's with it. Communication was kinda slow.
With live chat I was able to get confirmation within minutes of the item being in stock.
Placed my order and even received order confirmation with in minutes from O-Like, and not just paypal:)

Lets hope they keep this livechat up and running. Only thing I see as a concern. Is that O-Like might start getting too manny people bugging them with ''Why has my laser not yet arrived?'' Just like we do hear at LPF. Remember people this is virtually free shipping from China it just takes time;)

Just FYI, I was only temp working for O-Like, I now am not working for them any more, was just helping out with the site.

You'll soon be seeing a sort of "sister" company of O-Like.
It'l basically be O-Like, with free shipping and some products will be slightly cheaper.
A huge focus will be on Customer Service. With live chat actively available, and very fast email response times.

You'll just have to wait and see though :p

O-Like will continue to run as normal when this website is erected.

Hold on, are you saying another laser parts site is opening up?
Competition to o-like?

Hmm, I have witnessed the quality of o-like, and will stick with it unless proven otherwise (which is very hard to beat)

It is not opposition of O-Like, it is rather a sister site.
Everything will be the same, except some prices may be cheaper, and customer service will be outstanding.

It is sort of another branch of O-Like, to extend their market coverage.
