E-mailed o-like to check on my order over the christmas Holiday and this is the reply i got. Kinda made me laugh but also re-assured me :)

"Dear Scott

We have shipped it on Dec 18. if it is normal if it has not arrived . you know there is Christmas Day ,New Year holiday and moreover weather issue ,and over stock of gift packets on post office issues ,so it is delayed . so pls be a little patient .

I am still getting no responce from o-like! They will answer if you haven't orderd but after you order, they ignore you all-together! They will reply to you! but I've written them over and over for the past few days!
They sent me a tracking number that never got mailed! It's still at starting destination 10 days later! I don't expect to have it but I did expect it to leave the wherehouse by now!

At first I liked o-like, but I see now that they are just as bad as Dino or wicked!

I once suggested Susie to let me correct some details on the products by rewritting some english. she said it was alright lol

I mean i was worried so i sent not an angry or rude e-mail But it did take them 2 days to reply to a 30 second badly written e-mail! Oh well :( as long as i get it in the end

You obviously don't know what you're talking about.
O-like has quality products, good business ethics and ok customer support, very unlike Dino.

If they are responding to people who HAVE NOT bought anything right away! And ignoring the customers who paid alredy it's exactly like Dino! Ask HM lol

This is my third laser from o-like and every time I order they ignore you after you purchase it! But I did get my first two lasers!

They are not like dinodirect. Would you prefer to be a victim of a compay who raises the prices up to a point in which if they offer 50% discount, the discounted price would be the same as the one before raise ? It takes some time to read a ton of emails and reply to everyone while preparing their orders..

I had a problem with O-like about a year ago, I felt they were not taking care of business as they should I was put on
hold when asking questions about my shipments there was delays and I put up with the xmas delays just like you guys are doing now.
then there was the missing green modules, I had several that I returned and Susie said they never showed up
but I take a picture of everything I mail and I sent her the pictures of the package I sent her and she finally refunded
my money even though she said she never recieved the package.
Bottom line she will not rip you off like some other vendors will, it may be a while but you should get what you deserve !

I wouldint care if they just would respond to me! But I cannot see why it would take 10 days and it hasent ben shipped yet!
All I ment by o-like is like Dino is after I made my purchase they respond very slowly, but if you ask about something before you buy they respond in hours! That is a fact! I have e-mails to prove it!

I'm happy for you that you got your lasers, I hope I get a reply soon!

I have herd good thongs about o-like that's why I bought threw them, but I don't like being ignored!

10 days and 5 emails later I got a responce! That's all I wanted! Now I can wait knowing they got my order!

I have ordered from Susie and OLike several times in the past and never had a problem. Susie is trying to reply in her best Engrish ... Maybe if you asked in her language, it would go faster.

Indeed.. you are ordering stuff from china, so you can expect the other end to be less than fluent in english.

I suppose its easy to just assume that everyone in the world is a native speaker, but in reality i suppose that about half of the people on this forum have different native tongues.

The message seems perfectly clear to me, although i would be irritated by its content rather than any lingual mistakes.
