I got the normal shipping with the laser and jazz with two protective glasses... So you say 3 to 5 days processing? So by friday no doubt it'll be on it's way?

My guess is that it will ship either thursday or monday.

After that 2-3 weeks.

And does the line lens fan out the beam? I know that's a stupid question... But I just needed to clarify.. :)

Yep. The line will be short closer to the laser, and longer the further away you get. So yes, it spreads.

Now out of those two... the green will be more visible, but not nearly as sturdy.

Also there is no way to know what the IR content of that Crown Upgrade 500mW will be. You could well end up with a laser that only puts out 300mW of green, and a lot of IR.

For burning the tactical will be a much better choice. If you get the green, you will need to invest in goggles that also block IR if you plan to burn with it.

IMHO the 445nm has more of a "wow" factor since just about everyone has seen a green laser, but still relatively few people have seen 445nm.

Thanks. That was a fun night. It was actually in the backyard of another LPFer. He doesn't post much. Plenty more lasers were there... actually I'm 99% sure one of the beams is from my o-like tactical, I think from over on the right.

I think you mentioned you got goggles, if not, you definitely need a pair for use with this laser indoors.

Yeah I got a pair for me and my fiancé. She's starting to get interested in lasers like me :) and I'd prefer her being able to see.... Lol

i ordered from o-like this past saturday and the item got shipped on wednesday (Singapore). i looked on the tracking site and it now says "Handover to airline". about how long does anyone think it will take for delivery from there?... BTW i ordered with DHL.

IMO after you've ordered enough you learn just not to question it and wait.. but I was like this when I first got into them. Although I wasn't on this forum then.
