O-like seems fishy

Chances are this laser is of lower quality than the more expensive ones... Yes they're reputed and trust able

I guess I was just kind of skeptical especially on such a small difference and with all the complaining about Susie ignoring their replies. If she came through, that's good though. I have had some good experiences with Chinese companies and their service. Lasever sent out a new replacement laser (with power supply as well) via 2-day DHL when they discovered the one they had sent me was mode-hopping and paid for return shipping. Also I know that DX has made things right with botched orders. Even DinoDirect has made things right when I notified them that the projector did not match the description.
