What a worthwhile read...by the way this has already been discussed and the prices were set to Canadian Dollars, that's why people thought they had increased prices.

I figured they would just periodically adjust for us$ / yuan exange rate, which makes some sense. The CAD/CNY rate is fairly stable though (when compared to the USD/CNY at least), so perhaps thats way it either appears this way or they actually chose to link prices to CAD.
Perhaps american customers should consider themselves lucky chinese companies arent fixing prices in euros.. at $1.42 each that'd be expensive at the moment
