i need help. my batteries came 5 days ago and my laser hasent come yet. i ordered from o-like and they shipped my order out on the 5th. i ordered the 200mw new focusable red laser. i check up on the tracking number provided and it still says "your item has left hong kong on feb 9th" it hasent been updated at all. what happened to my package!?

This is the problem, if you read on the bottom of the page on the site it says

"..tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong."

This is why you use the USPS web site to track it.
Just enter the same tracking number at USPS - Track & Confirm - Put our delivery information to work for you

Ohh, haha I'm going crazy looking at the bottom of o-like for where it says that. Haha, but yeah, aren't you supposed to use the USPS tracking service to track it once it leaves hong kong? That's where I'm getting my problem. USPS won't update the status of my package. My guess Is that the tracking number only works in china. But oh well.

No, 1Nick, the tracking number is for the PACKAGE. It is valid for whatever country it comes from and goes to. They are just really bad at updating it. Packages ussually come from HK to NY, but my tracking update said it came straight from Hong Kong to my local postal center in town. Government work is not always efficent or accurate.

But don't ever say anything rude or mean to any postal workers...........You will start losing random packages and recieve "opened" letters.

I wish O-likenot would answer one of my emails they treat me like I'm a rock.....or more like a mushroom.
BTW they owe me money, You are fore warned don't let your self be cought in this situation with them ! :tsk:

This is how the tracking works,

A: Its very slow and is mainly used so that the customer knows when there item shipped.

B: Its not reilable.. it may say "Laser Shipped" and you recieve your laser today.

C: Don't depend on it, you get your laser when it arrives.

Used my track # on USPS. Its at NY right now! =)

2-3 days now.

Anyone helped me fix the O-like red laser switch? I ought it last month. It worked for 1 day then started to flicker ... I removed the end button of the switch, and cannot reconnect them. Now it doesnot work at all. ThAnks.
