I went on skype and talked with Suzie who was very helpful. After a bit of encouraging, I got her to promise me she would ship it first thing in the morning. ETA 14 days =)

Free shipping fails, I would rather pay 7 dollars to recieve my laser in 5-7 business days after it shippped.

O-like is high rep seller, you don't need to worry about them, but I don't trust HK airmail shipping. My first and only one order with o-like was lost (from 14 Nov ... 2009), and they don't ship a replace item. Because I believe Susse and wait over 3 month (she alway say just wait one more week and one more and ...), and it too late to do any thing with paypal to get money back.

If over 40 days and your order still not arrive, open a dispute with paypal. Because if your order lost, they will not ship a replace item.

I still just can't comprehend that item's (laser batt. separate) shipped from same location? same time? End up delivered 12 days apart and counting. Its either the USPS is just that messed up or the departure date from Hong Kong Air on the tracking info is listed incorrectly?

i think susie purposely shipped the batteries with a better shipping service than the actual laser itself. that way, they wont be at the same place at once. because if they are, you might as well order them together.
