Hell i would love to get a x105 for Christmas but have a few problems (with living in england and that...)
First question:
Has anyone ever had problems with delivery to england from NOVA ,seized by customs etc.?

Second:
How much shall i expect to spend? I am wanting:
X105 Compact Portable Laser w/carrying case, NOVA Membership, 1045 light year Reward Points
$229.00
X-Series Lens Holder with Optics
$22.99
So that should come to around £125.99
But whats the shipping like?
Should i expect it to be here before Christmas if i order it between this week?

Thanks for your help ;D
P.S Sorry if i have made any mistakes my o,p,i,t,c,s and d keys are fudging up :D

If your going to get one I would order it now or you might end up having to pay the extra for international express shipping as it seems their very busy that or they took the holiday off.... I placed my order for the alpha 125 on 11/21/07 and today witch is the 25th its still being processed, witch makes me think that their busy but I could be wrong ,does it normally take this long if you get the free air mail shipping? And also still haven’t received my e mail about the 15% membership thing and yes I have checked my spam filter witch I basically turned off because AOL has a piece of …..  Well bad spam filter that filters out good stuff but lets spam through :p

Oh I am in the U.S. though

O and make sure you use the discount it 5% doesn’t seem like that much but it actually is : )

you could also save some cash if you order your laser and then used your membership number discount to receive the 15% off the optics and see if maybe they would combine it with your other order so you don’t have to pay shipping... but if they don’t it would end up costing more so you might want to e mail them about that.

I'm currently about to do the exact same thing the only difference is im not buying the optics lenses!! it should work out around that price bracket mate but for decent shipping your looking at around 35 to 60 dollars depending on the option you want!! the only question i have is when my laser is delivered will i have to sign for it or can they post it or leave with a neighbour?? (not sure if i have to book the day off work??) plz plz plz answer this query if you can people because wanting to place my order in the next few days!! thanks alot.

f22 - the free Air-mail shipping is hte slowest possible way to send anything, and hte cheapest as well ! I have seen package I have sent via airmail across the pond to take in excess of three weeks to get there. If you ordered on the 21st, and expect it this soon - you should have purchased the TNT express shipping then. With Thanksgiving holiday, and the Christmas holiday season upon us - you can expect HORRIBLE wait times for packages of all shapes and sizes, and of any destination or origin. In otherwords, you are screwed if you didn';t put up the extra $20 for decent shipping ! you gotta wait it out, mate !

You shouldn't have any customs problems with packages from North America. Depends on what the sender declares though. Send them an email and ask.
