Ordered the Modwerx red collimating lens on Monday. Got it today, and it breathed new life into my 4 year old 200mW Dilda red! :yh:

Focus is crisp again. I learned my lesson: Glass cleaner on AR coatings is BAD. :tsk:

Cheap fix, great way to clean up the beam.

I'm just glad I saw your store.

Something you said brings another question to mind...
The Nova Alpha 125 is basically a CNI 532nm, right? What about replacing the diode in that? Or, if the diode in it went out, and I wanted to get a cheap green laser that probably didn't have an IR filter, could I use the IR filter from the Alpha in another laser?

I don't want to make a huge off topic thread, so if you think I should take this to another location, just let me know.
