What's up? Well, they make a paypal e-invoice and send it to you, but they won't list on that invoice what they are selling you....it will just say something like "goods". A legit company will give you a legit invoice and will often be able to take your payment directly rather than email you later as to how to pay them "under the table" so to speak.

I think DX or dinodirect are more legit than rayfoss, at least they'll process your payment through their website and give you an actual invoice.

They do that because paypal doesn't allow fund transfers for buying or selling lasers. It's to get around ebay/paypal thinking they know whats best for everybody.
