According to the most influential laser forum, a company called lvyilaser has launched 1w 445nm blue laser pointer to which detailed tests have been carried out by Chinese buyers. The selling price is 150 dollars, the product sells very well with focusing and waterproof features. In accordance with the buyers’ evaluation, it takes only 5 seconds to light a cigarette with the power 1W, which even does not require suction by mouth, and it only takes 1 second to light a match. And now we choose a few pictures and videos from the forum just for studying and exchange. We state clearly that this is not advertising, if you do not believe, China can copy the original posts from the largest local laser forum in China! The purpose of this post is to share the resources with laser lovers worldwide .

I've had 445nm beam shots turn out that way. Looks just like 405 in the centre but 445 at the edges. Can't tell you why, maybe a saturation thing but I use a Canon 30D if that means anything.

I can't remember 405 shots having that dark blue edging to the beam but I maybe wrong.

I have a 405nm and it doesn't have the blue on the outside edges. But $150WOW. :drool:
I might have to check one out. Prices are really good. But I am a little ordering shy after WL.

i wonder what it is .. 1W 445nm Green laser pointer .

Anyway do not be fooled by how it looks on photos. Reproduction of blues has always been problematic. It is most probably 445 as these diodes are common. Anyway the host seem to me rather small.

Btw. did the price just risen up ?
