I recently ordered a 1w blue laser from lazerer. :san:
Since I don't have an account, so I paid in guest mode via paypal.

Do I get some kind of confirmation email or a tracking number?
I haven't got any of these...and Max asked if I had an order number..
I didn't get that either :undecided:

Was the purchase successful?

How long ago was this? Three seconds, three minutes, three days?

If it hasn't been more than 24h sit tight and wait for a confirmation email. IIRC you will get no tracking number with lazerer unless you paid extra for the faster shipping.

The order number is something you should have gotten from Lazerer's website. You should always put your order number in the e-mail to them somewhere or they have no clue what order you are talking about (save from maybe finding it based on your e-mail). You should also have an e-mail with the order number... just search for "Lazerer" and an email should come up with it. It will likely be a number in the 5000s.

I just ordered a 100mw green from them on Dec 27th and it's already in the mail on it's way to the US. By my calculation should be here on Wed Jan 9th (i paid $20 for the expedited shipping) so it appears so far Max is a man of his word. Who knows how long it'll take in customs though...

For the record im kinda shocked, i just got my laser today... so i ordered dec 27th, paid dec 28th. It shipped on Jan 5th, left HK on jan 6th and its in my hands on jan 8th. So much for customs there.

Props to Max on a lightning delivery... still charging the battery and waiting to check this thing out.

Well while your giving props on your successful order im sitting here wondering wtf.... I ordered on the 28th it was paid thru paypal jan 1 and no word on my order being shipped yet.. I came here too see if im the only one but it appears not. I wish that was a comforting thing but its not lol

Generally, expect orders to take 2-3 weeks to get to you. Could be longer, could be less.

If you're worried, just get in touch with lazerer. It's possible the laser is out of stock or something, so it hasn't shipped.

I once had o-like, not ship out a laser for over a month... life happens, things fall through the cracks. Just stay on top of it.

If you're at day 44 and you still don't have what you ordered, open a dispute. A dispute is not a claim, you're just giving yourself and the seller some more time work out the problem.

I think people need to shop at DX more so they know the meaning of waiting for stuff to arrive.

~40 days and I open a dispute. I had several recently that did end up coming shortly after that though.

I really don't see a reason why you're ok with waiting for months for DX to come through. I've heard of them taking three months+... that's just excessive.
