Hi everyone!

I'm new here and I'm interested in buying this 532nm 150mW green laser from lazerer.com

Only problem is that I will definitely not use Paypal as I got screwed over by them before siding the scammer's side so no way I'm using Paypal ever again. I can pay via credit card/western union/moneybookers.

They state on their FAQ that they accept Credit card and western union but on checkout I only have the option of choosing Paypal. What's with that?

Is there something I'm missing or..?

They accept credit card via paypal. You do not need to be a paypal member to use paypal credit card check out. You would have to contact Max directly for info about western union though, I would think.

Paypal has become the reality of doing business on the internet and it is very hard to escape it these days without crippling yourself in the process. I do agree that they've gone too far, especially with this 21 day hold nonsence, but it is the number one method of transfering funds online and one of, if not the, easiest method to use. I see no way to not use it, but that is just me. We're bent over a barrel backwards at this point.

Thanks for the quick reply Sigurthr; do you know how I can contact Max? I even tried calling from Canada to Hong Kong on their toll line but no answer. I emailed through their website form and no answer (been 3 days). There must be a better way to contact him.

I think he just uses the main email from lazerer. I know HE Personally responds when you use the contact form on the website - I've talked with him that way many times. They are closed on sunday from what I can tell, so aim for normal weekday business hours hong kong time (which is a pain here, I'm sure you know).

Two hours from now should be about 10AM Monday for them, iirc. Might not be a bad time to try.
