I ordered 1 x LZCS - Classic 405nm 100mW Focusable Violet Laser Pointer, 1 x Upgrade Pack 18650 / 16340 li-ion Battery + Charger, , qty 1, price 53.98, total 53.98 from lazerer.com and when I go to their website it says I have no order history but the funds have been removed from my banking account. I paid with a debit card through billingsupportsystem.com and have not received a verification number or tracking number or anything. I have sent multiple e-mails to the website owner from the website and also emailed lazerer@gmail.com and have received no response. Anyone know what might be going on with this guy? I've seen a lot of forums about how he's going downhill with service but do you guys think I should take this into further steps and contact my bank? Thanks guys.

first off, if you saw these threads about lazerer going down hill then why would you make a purchase through them? if he isnt answering then yes id try and go through your bank and have them put a stop on the payment or a dispute. if he then provides tracking information then leave the dispute on hold until the item arrives safely

Well this website offers a lot of different lasers at REALLY good prices and has the reviews of all the products. I only saw about 4 or 5 threads about bad experiences so I was hoping to get lucky or maybe he fixed his issues. I tried going through sci-fi lasers but he's out of stock and I cant find anywhere else thats reasonable. Is rayfoss a good and reputable site? I've seen a lot of members here that were satisfied but then there are those who are not. Are they usually correct on the information they give about their lasers? I'm interested in the RF405-150mW-FSS. It should be able to burn correct?

I can't afford those websites lol I'm looking for under $100 for my first one. Do you have any experience with rayfoss? Were you satisfied? I'm looking at the 405 150 laser for $69

well first off, sorry to bust your bubble but lasers ARE expensive. thats just the fact of the matter so better accept it.

BTW the HL405- 100mW is $40 and is a killer laser!

To me it seems like you didnt really check those sites over or you went to one and then assumed they were all too expensive. BTW i avoided your question on purpose. if you didnt notice, rayfoss isnt on the trusted companies list and neither is lazerer..............get the avoiding the question and suggesting something else part now.

Ah ok. Thanks for the help man. I really do appreciate it. I put a dispute in with my bank ill give an update on what lazerer does. I really wish this site was still dependable because based on what I've searched a lot of people used to be very satisfied with them. Now that laser that you posted, will it have the capabilities of lighting matches and such? I know the 100mw usually does but I wasn't sure if they were 100% accurate with their description

i myself am disappointed too since i was one of those happy buyers.

it all depends on the focus of the beam. 85mW of 405nm can light a match if focused properly. however if all you want to do is light a match then lasers arent for you. buy a lighter. you will need to purchase laser safety glasses and those will run you about $40 as well. plus lasers get boring real quick if you are only popping balloons and lighting a match. your 405nm wont be very visible, if even visible at all, in the night sky so its pretty much just a burning laser.

Gotcha. I'm looking for a laser that will be real visible for star gazing and such but I'm also looking for the wow factor that it will pop balloons and light cigarettes and all that awesome stuff. Should I get a green laser? I know they a brighter to the human eye but they don't burn as good as the violet lasers.

you need a higher output for burning with a 532nm but will be more visible. you are looking at over $100 for one and then another $40 for safety glasses. same thing with a 445nm; over $100 for the laser and another $40 for glasses. told you lasers arent cheap

I'm gonna get the laser you posted and see how satisfied I am with it. Thats really cheap so its not much worry. I've already ordered a $50 pair of glasses made specifically for lasers (can't go cheap on safety). If I want more of a light than a burn then I'm gonna try a green or blue laser. I will still give an update on the laserer situation. Hopefully everything will work out and he will build his rep back

just because they were $5o doesnt mean they are proper safety glasses. please post a link to them and we can determine if you got ripped off or got good glasses
