I ma looking to buy a laser with star caps , but I would prefer to buy from a shop located within Europe. Do you guy know of any shops with a fast shipping?

Try to see if there's any of those really cheap keychain laser pointers, those usually come with some effect caps, check a local supermarket or something like poundland.

If you choose to buy them online, check out Podo (Sanwu) laser shop, he's got em for pretty cheap.
