Yes =spring mounted mirror inside- can be placed on top of a speaker or handheld(be careful it doen't vibrate off speaker onto the floor!) a homemade automatic crude version can be made by JB Welding a mirror on a spring to the front of a speakers' voice coil and aiming a laser at it.( my very first home laser light show 20+ yrs ago.!!)aim mirror on wall or ceiling and attach to your music-- mesmerizing movement to the music different effect usings tweeter- midrange or Bass speakers or all three overlapped.--HZ

Using a woofer the spring may not be needed just glue the mirror to the dome---- on a tweeter its a must--I took an old receiver I had lying around and hooked it up to my main unit and the laser speakers to that, thus allowing me to use it to regulate how much bounce I was getting without having to turn the music up or down it had A-B and/or C speaker settings plus A&B or B&C so I am able to have even more control-cool effect for little work or $..different kinds of music have their own' signature'--two speakers at 90 degrees can do a double bounce- similar wierd effect with a spiro spinner before or after the bounce from the speaker mirror.- also stiff springs bounce less- --HZ edit sorry for straying off topic.

I did the same thing that you did hakzaw1, & was rewarded with I THINK the 1st laser she sent out for a review. I was gonna do a full blown review, but MERRY didn't want me to do that, so I just did a mini-review as per her request. I PM'd her after I posted it, & she said that the review was JUST what she wanted. So we BOTH came away happy. rob

Yay I got mine today. I ordered a 50mw purple/blue star pen Wednesday 13 January, 2010 and just got it today Jan 30th. The usps guy came up in the snow to my house, awesome. Laser seems pretty good, can't argue with 10 bucks off that Merry gave me, it ended being 30 bucks. I will post a review soon, can't wait to see the reviews start rollin in

My review unit got here too. Since I'm going to make an extensive video I'll need my college adsl line which will allow me to upload at 10MB/s instead the 20k/s upload speed I have at home. Review with video will be posted on Monday.
