Laserglow and CNI relationship?

I know that Laserglow obtains their lasers from CNI, which manufactures them. For example, CNI's PGL-III-532 units (which use "C" batteries) are rebranded as the Aries series. However, I could find nothing on CNI's website that corresponds to the Hercules series (which uses "D" cells). So I'm just curious: are those lasers manufactured exclusively for Laserglow?

I also have a second question: is there any reason why Laserglow isn't selling the PGL-III-C series? They use the less-common "18650" cells but have higher outputs. Perhaps Justin or Event_Horizon could chime in on this?

The Hercules is an exclusive Laserglow product.

There are several models of CNI lasers that Laserglow does not carry, usually because they did not meet our standards for performance or QC. The PGL-III-C, specifically, does not have sufficient duty cycle or power stability to meet our requirements. The Hercules is a far superior laser to the PGL-III-C in many ways, so we've chosen to stick with the Hercules platform. Keep in mind that most of our customers are not hobbyists, so to make these lasers useful for their applications we often require a 100% duty cycle or a specific level of power stability, even for a handheld laser. Sheer power is often not a primary consideration.

What about the Aries and the smaller Class IIIA lasers? The platinum and gold series? (love my gold, even if it mode hops and is off to a slant) What else is LG exclusive?

All of the class IIIa 532nm pointers (Lyra, Galileo, Altair, Anser, Gold/Platinum plated) are not made by CNI at all, and neither are any of our Brightline alignment lasers.

If your Gold is mode hopping and still under warranty we can replace it for you.

How long are the warranties? I bought it 3ish months ago.

The warranty is 6 months, provided you haven't been abusing the laser. Contact sales@laserglow.com and let them know your serial number and a description of the problem (pictures are helpful if possible) and they can take it from there.

Let me first say I apologize for bringing back an old thread, but I would like to ask a question.
I am curious to know where your Class IIIa pointers come from though. Are they built completed by LG, or do you order different parts from different companies & then test/assemble the units?
