Week before last, on the 7th, I ordered two handheld lasers from Laserbtb (HL445 1000mW and HL405 500mW), based on good reviews I read here. A few days later, they sent me an email stating that my lasers had been shipped and provided me a tracking number. When I looked up the tracking number on DHL, I was most surprised to see that it was scheduled for delivery in Amsterdam. This was surprising, indeed, because I'm near Boston. I figured that maybe they were playing games with US Customs, and they would re-ship from the Netherlands.
However, I'm a worrywart by nature, and I asked their customer service to look into it. The good news is that Laserbtb is very successful, devoting all their energies to fulfilling our needs for low cost high power lasers. So devoted, in fact, that they aren't always immediately responsive to concerned customer emails. Fortunately for all concerned, they replied to me yesterday, providing the correct tracking number. Mid-day today DHL delivered my package. Color me happy! Actually, color me somewhere between 445nm and 405nm (j/k).
The lasers are beautifully manufactured, fit nicely into my hand, and emit the most wonderful bright beams of coherent light. If you're thinking about buying from them, don't think any longer - just do it!
