laserbtb account help?

I have recently forgot my password to access my laserbtb account. I went to their "forget password" link and entered my Username and e-mail used to create the account.

I so far have not received any e-mail from them and have checked my spams/trash emails. The first password link I requested was over 5 hours ago

Has anyone ever has such an issue with them? I appreciate any help!

I think it is around 6 am in Beijing right now so I would give it at least another 12 hours minimum. I believe it took almost a day and a half for them to send me a new one. They are not the best in returning emails but I was happy with the service, Once the holiday was over it took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my laser. I did see your other thread about shipping and I believe I went with the cheaper option but really can't remember off hand. I found a coupon code somewhere on this site that saved me around $10 also using Google of all things. You may be to late to use that though.
