1) It looks modern, high tech, up to date and trust worthy. The site is appealing and I like the dinosaur theme of the website!

2) The homepage composition and lay out is great, I especially love the easy to read and defined menu on the left hand side as well as a simple but useful search bar with refine search functions. The products are arranged in large icon so information and visual attributes of the products can easily be seen, as well as price and other related information. The shopping cart is very intuitive and extremely simple, which is beneficial to older people or the less computer literate customers. I also love the wish list function, very useful. The product layout is pretty standard in terms of looks, but the content is very different. I love the fact that it has MORE THAN ONE picture and a great description to go with the product, as well as the zoom function on the products, to get a great look of the product close up. This makes the sale more appealing and over all give a good impression about the website and product. The product introduction and product road map are great features, once again pretty much standard across the competitors websites. The introductions are a good idea, helps pin point the main purpose of the product and helps reassure customers that what they are buying, is what they need. The road map for example, the one for the Laser Stars Light Show Special Effects Stage Projector is useful to look at other products in the same area as the one you are currently looking at. When you click on DJ lasers, you can also see other products such as Sound Active 532nm / 650nm Mini Laser Projector, which has a great little introduction. Once again this helps reassure the buyer and also makes looking for similar products, just that much more easier!

3) The most important feature, that would compel me to buy the product is simply quality. The better quality the laser, the more inclined I feel to buy it. That means, having stable outputs, good build quality and quality parts.

4) Yes I would most defiantly love to do a full review on most products for any website. For laser reviews, and reviews in general, I have access to a Laser Power Meter and can conduct a conclusive and unbiased review on a variety of products with out hesitation.

5) I am interested in the AIPTEK P10 Mini 10 Lumens LED Multimedia Projector. The description of the product is not very informative, but has caught my attention.

6) PM sent.

Honestly:

1)My first impression with DinoDirect was overall good one when my friend linked me one 50mW green laser. The site appeard very friendly, prices great.
2)Homepage composition - should be more techologically oriented that "healthy cigarette" and stainless steel coffee cup, but that my subjective impression - overall color balance might be too off if one is to read a lot on your page, red becomes agressive. Product layout is good however more work needed on detailed product description page. First pictures with detailed description (correct description), then pricings and shipping, and then advertisements, and other links such as reviews and product comparisons.
3)Most important feature is accurate power ratings and quality of the entire setup. Also, lasers with good power sources such as lithium ion rechageable batteries are more feaseble, as primary cells run out very very fast on powerful lasers and are expensive to mantain. Detailed description of a laser product is needed, meaning :
Accurate power measurement taken with scientific or similar accurate LPM instrument such as LaserBee or Kenometer
Accurate divergence measurement
Accurate current draw measurement and average battery life on single charge
Percentage of power dropping with battery charge dropping
Other info that you can add freely ;)
4) No, only site I make reviews on is Laserpointerforums, and my videos are uploaded to youtube, however I will make a referrence in video description where I bought the laser if needed.
5)Yes, soldering equipement - namely Soldering wire spools, desoldering braids/wicks, 900M series tips
6) Email adress PMed .

Nice move by DinoDirect, you can use more positive reputation after a bad review by a man who got nonfunctioning laser and poor customer service.

1) Seems quite bright, lots of things going on. Seems quite child orientated. Description seems fair and a decent amount of information. First impression is probably along the lines of another distributor of pointers with a slight difference.

2) The layout is interesting, there's a lot going on as I said and this does make it difficult to concentrate on the product, the product's description is fair and there's certainly a lot of information. Although you refer too the pointer as "toy" when it's a pretty powerful laser which would take someone's eye's out easily. The design it's self is quite nice, bright colours and the checkout process was easy and simple.

3) I have more than one :), first would have to be design/quality, I like a well made pointer although for the price your offering I wouldn't expect a lab grade pointer just something that's a bit off fun, next would be output, as long as the output is around what's stated for the price I would be happy.

4) If I did a review I would put together some high quality pictures, a detailed amount of writing and a fair opinion of what I felt the product was like, a youtube HD video would also be possible. And yes I would be willing too share the review where ever possible as long as I didn't have to rewrite it and it was just a straight copy and paste/link to LPF, whichever.

5) 50mW 532nm High Power Green Beam Light Laser Pointer - DinoDirect.com, I have always been quite fond of that host :)

6) PM sent :)

Thanks for the opportunity, I'm sure you'll get some good reviews out of it!

1.) The site is bright and colorful, which is pleasant. Easy to navigate to what you're looking for, and plenty of great deals.

2.) The homepage is great, lots of deals in plain view and large, easy to see/use pictures for each category at the bottom of the page, along with the popular categories along the side.

3.) The most important feature in a laser is stability vs. power output, and I would gladly choose a stable 5mW laser over a jumpy 50mW one, and I'm sure this holds true for more laserists than just myself.

4.) I would be glad to share my review of the laser on any site for reviews, and here on laserpointerforums.com.

5.) Always interested in good, affordable deals, such as this one: Firedragon-?532nm 500mw Flashlight Style Handheld Elite Green Laser Pointer Kit (Certified Power Guaranteed) - DinoDirect.com because, well, I'm a sucker for lots of power. :eg:

6.) PM sent.

Thank you.

I think you all guys got the #4 question wrong , he asked would we do review on professional reviews site like resellerratings , Xom, and similar, not overall doing a review.

Thus I said no, I would only do a review on LPF, and mention Dino in the review thread and youtube video description, and movie itself ofcourse.

Just a though...

1. The site is impressive. Good design and easy to browse.
2. Homepage is attractive because the category list is easy to notice. There's also a lot of help links at the bottom of the page.
3. In my opinion, the most important feature on a laser is the stable output power.
4. Since the thread is posted here, the only site I would like to review your product would be laserpointerforums.
5. I have never seen something like this Multimedia PS/2 Keyboard and USB Mouse Combo D960 - DinoDirect.com I would love to test a waterproof keyboard.

1) Excellent and friendly-user interface.Nice colours and easy to use menus .The daily sales feature is very good too.
2)The products' information is really descriptive unlike other similar websites.
The site's composition is helpful for a buyer making the experience more than good.
3)The most important feature to choose a laser is its high power.I must be up-to spec or over-spec so that the buyer is happy for his/her purchase.
4)I would be glad to share my laser's review at some reviews website ( Resellerratings, dinodirect etc.) so that many other people are able to enjoy a full review.
5)I am also interested at this laser ----> Powerful 532nm 200mW Green Beam Laser Pointer Pen - DinoDirect.com
6)Email sent via PM !!

Sorry for this, but someone must be the devil's advocate .....

1) the site is probably good, but it have a bit too much scripts, imho, and need to run freely them, for be seen in the correct form (and not all the peoples allow this).

2) related also to point 1 ..... on Firefox and with default setting for safety turned to high (that is basically the default condition using noscript plugin), the site appears totally messed up, and half of the functions don't work correctly (look at the attached images for what i mean, and please, remember to the peoples that make your site, that there's a lot of potential clients that don't allow sites to freely run scripts on their computers, and that a bad impression caused from a messed site can cause you to loose some of them)

3) are you asking for my personal idea, or about how to present a laser on a website for attract more potential clients ? ..... well, basically, every time that i see incomplete descriptions, "photoshopped" or copied from other sites pics, false or "forged" datas, and so on, i delete the seller from my possible sources ..... i mean, just as example, i've seen a site posting pics where they was showing the "power" of their green lasers measured with an LPM and a thermopile, keeping the laser almost inside the thermopile head ..... where anyone know that these measures must be done with the laser away at least 15/20 cm from the thermopile, and possibly through an anti-IR filter, cause measuring them in that way, you measure at least the double of the real power ..... or sites where the descriptions was copypasted from other places, and, worse, all copied from a single model for all the ones presented (like, describing 500mW green lasers with 0,8mrad divergence and 250mA current absorption ? ..... :p) ..... and so on ..... and when i see these things, i feel the seller "not a good one" ..... but this is just a personal impression. (and, BTW, i'm NOT saying that you are doing similar things, ok ? ..... these are just examples of that what i see here and there).

4) Sorry, but no. ..... i don't like ads sites (also this is a personal feeling)

5) there are some interesting items on your site, also too much for mention them, but, i'm sad to have to say this, they are presented at prices higher than from some other sellers (still free shipping also them)

Don't take my words as an offense, cause they are not intended in this way at all ..... simply, you asked for opinions, and i cannot give you my ones, if not in honest way.
