Today I am pleased to finally announce, the launch of a new online store and manufacturer: Radiant Electronics. Radiant Electronics - Home

Radiant electronics will strive to provide high quality laser systems, laser components, accessories for laser hobbyists, along with other rare and unusual science themed items.

Our current flagship product is the Radiant Alpha - a portable thermal laser power meter capable of reading lasers up to 2 watts.

One thing that we wanted to keep in mind when we launched Radiant Electronics is affordability. That’s why I’m proud to say today that the Radiant Alpha Laser Power Meter is available to you today for only $99.95.

To celebrate our grand opening, the store currently has site-wide flat rate shipping of $5 for any order.

I will continue to update this thread with information on stock updates, new items, and other important announcements.

We look forward to serving the laser hobbyist community for years to come.

Well, if these are good items then the price is attractive enough for easy consideration and likely a purchase from me. Perhaps you could make a small investment in the form of 1-4 units sent out in exchange for thorough reviews by community members.
Either way I'm interested in this largely because of the price point.

Very interesting. At that price they should sell very well.;)

I will be sending out review units this weekend assuming no hiccups, so expect to see some reviews on the forum soon :)

Nice site!

Are the 445 diodes out of a 130 or a 140?

Thanks, they are from the A130 :yh:

I'll be awaiting my unit Mario to test & review..

I was looking for a cheap LPM, I might get one if the reviews on it are good

well I've actually never reviewed a laser meter before.

what's there to look for in a meter other than accuracy? build quality?

In all honesty just as long as it works and gives accurate readings is good enough for me

i will be more than happy to review one of these beauties ;)
guys i recomend buying one of these
mariomaster is a top guy

Just saw this Thread...

Best wishes on your new venture MM...
The low price of your meter will no doubt be the deciding
factor for customers and should make it competitive to other
meters out there...
