I was browsing the laser section of the site, many lasers look very identical to rayfoss and o-like and such but literaly half price.
how bad and not up to spec are they?
maybe its better to buy a 200mw from dx in a price of a 100mw from other sites?

There are many sites like dealextreme and some are far better actually..
Some are also cheaper than dealextreme and offer faster shipping..
You can see reviews and vote for the best dealextreme alternatives at:
Sites Like Dealextreme
My favorites are dinodirect and focal price..

I've had a great experience from Deal Extreme.
The best buy from there is the 200mw Red Laser they sell. That looks around the described power, and for only $27, it's a steal!
And their mini white 532nm green lasers are great! They come from 5mw - 30mw, and I think the power is over spec.
Also, the cheap pen pointers they sell seem over, or up to spec until they reach 50mw, then they go downhill.
But, I must say, the focusable green flashlight style lasers they sell are WAY under spec.

I'd agree on the above: for anything rated below 50 mW, chances of getting a near or overspec product are pretty good, but anything more powerful is a big gamble.

Big downside is the shipping time that has become so much longer, its taking a month for stuff to get here (netherlands). Its not just a problem with the mail being slow either - i've had packages delivered in 10 days with hk post within the month dx took to get another package here.

DX is fine as long as you can live with the shipping time and delays in actual shipping.
The guesswork involved in buying lasers gives a huge advantage to Priceangles and their LPM.
