I have bid on many items offered by Heruur . Never got any 2 nd offers-items were always as described- shipped free- and was very helpful services-after-the-sale. I had bid low on most items in hopes of a good deal but never saw anything indicating like this was going on. I have no qualms about doing biz again.--Hakzaw

Hello,
whoever suggested to try surplusshed: Thank you!
I don't know why the post was removed, but I found cylindrical lenses at 5$ a piece,
they seem to be the very same ones I bought at 31$.
I got 6 of them for 30$.
Thanks again.

I have serious problems with hesc_photonics.
In last order he sent me second offer and I accepted.
I bought two 2W diode from him.

When I received diodes they were wrapped in thin paper, there was nothing to protect diodes.
2W diodes are supposed to work on 2.5A but both diode failed instantly on 2A.
Then I compared these 2W diode with 1W diode that he sent be before.
They looked the same...same chip size, same number of wires, identical thickness of wires.
He sent me two 1W diodes instead 2W diodes.
I contacted him, but I'm sure he will not respond.

Beware of hesc_photonics

If there are more than 1 bidders on an auction and the auction was won by the
highest bidder... ebay allows you to send a Second Chance Offer to all the other
bidders at the maximum that each individual bidder offered...

Nope, you can choose to send it to one person only.

It allows you to send a SCO to all the other bidders... is does not
oblige you to send a SCO to ALL the other bidders... the choice is
obviously yours to which bidder you offer a SCO to...
