if you have some spare wire, you will need to solder leads to the contact board and to the battery contacts of the module. not sure how to explain all of this technical stuff but essentially there is a lower and upper assembly of the C6 Host. The lower is the compartment for two 16340/18650 batteries. on the top of the lower assembly there is a driver/pill assembly but instaed of putting a 17mm driver in the pill, you will put a contact board there because the module has a driver already. there are two wires (+) (-) that go from the lower assembly to the upper assembly (diode, module, heatsink). The two wires from the lower assembly solder to the (+) and (-) connections on the module. it may take some looking around to find the (+) connection because it is case positive. The spring is where the (-) black wire from the lower assembly would be soldered on.

My two do, I may have just gotten lucky though. Also it is $5.39 with free shipping and handles the extra voltage from a 3.7v li-ion

That was well explained! But yet my head couldn't really understand, is there a diagram, photos, or a video that could help me? :)

The one listed as ≈70 is a 100mw dx in a newwish pen host. From other reviews, it should be around 70mw. Brighter than my friends known 50mw but not as bright as my SFCG, which clocked at 115ish. My fasttech host (taped to an 18650 :D) is approx the same brightness.

After reviewing the picture of the DX module, i saw the switch, since the C6 has a switch, the switch on the module will need to be bridged with either solder or tape/glue- lol

he may be right but I just wouldn't trust something rated at 5mW to be 70mW. i'd say spend the extra to make sure.

i mean that the switch needs to be locked in the on position.
there is already a switch on the host so you won't want to push two at once as well as the fact that the one on the module will be inside.

EDIT: I have one final concern. I am worried that the module will stick out of the end of the host a ways. i suppose this is not to much of a problem but you may want to consider it. if you don't want it to stick out the end, you can get the Extended tapered copper heatsink (expensive). HERE
