Why did he delete his own messages? ^
Probably because the troll was either found out or trying to pretend being found out.

It has to be a woman. Or a very very very very very did I say very feminine male. Sta you must be a real heartbreaker . I thought the forum was going to just ignore this person and let the mods clean it up but I see we are quoting and responding so idk funkit.

Good point dden4012.
There's one woman I know who could be responsible, but I do not believe a motive exists for her to send me bomb threats. :p

Hey everyone. First post...I've been lurking around this forum and reading up but have a question. Of the green lasers you recommend here, the sanwu 304 seems to be the strongest, yet cheapest? Just ordered one of the sanwu 80mw pointers, as well as the Thor m2, cant wait. Also, I have an ebay 303 laser, will the 80mw sanwu kick its butt in performance?

Welcome, thcw! The Sanwu 304 is going to be a much more stable and higher quality laser than the eBay 303, but it'll be only marginally more powerful.

Stability on those eBay 301/303s can be pretty decent too... The drop at 60 seconds is where I turned the laser off, takes a while for the LaserBee to respond to changes at low powers especially.

Anyway, Welcome thcw!

Certainly true, diachi. But the Sanwu 304 will never break after only 30 minutes! :D

Haven't had a 532nm 301/3 break yet ;) Same can't be said for the 405s...

The Sanwu is likely the better option (can't comment, don't own one), but I think the 301/3s are probably better than we give them credit for.

Ehh, my first 2 532nm 301s broke within days, that's a 66% failure rate!

Both of mine are still alive after months, actually over a year.

Must vary by batch or something! :p

Or I'm just unlucky, that tends to be true these days.

Yea my 301s are the only green chinese lasers that I've found reliable, the pen form factor always breaks after a while for me.

Is there any real difference between the "304" that Sanwu brands and the ones straight from the factory?

Physically there isn't, but they may have tested them to see which is most stable and such, or even most efficient, or perhaps the modules are higher quality. Not sure if anyone has asked Podo, may be worth asking.

A baby sheep dies every time someone purchases an UltraFire battery. :)

What's wrong with ultrafire? I just bought some because I read, I think here, that they are way better than ebay batteries.

No, ultrafire batteries are junk.

They will have 1300mAh capacity tops, whereas even outdated 18650s will have at least 2000mAh.
Good quality 18650s - even ones purchased from eBay - should have at least 3000mAh.
