fifthunit

Hey everyone, I usually check this forum but I am not much of a poster. I just thought you guys might want to check this site out http://contents.fifthunit.com/html/products.5th/sku.1103.html.  Unfortunately, in my opinion, the site doesnt provide much information but price looks pretty good and they dont look too bad.  I know one of the reviews, if not the only review, says that there is some spillage of light around the dot but according to someone from fifthunit they have solved that problem. You should also take a look at some of their other items you might find something you like.  BTW great looking site, keep up the great work.

I've seen this before and last time someone posted about it people really trashed on it because it was a NewWish. This means you're not really getting the output power they claim, but instead a portion of green, and the rest in useless uncollimated IR. These lasers are also VERY poor quality and the problem the guy posted is minor to some of the issues I've had on these.

That said, the price is right. Its a very cheap and poor quality laser, but you're still getting a green laser, and that price is hard to beat (even if you ordered from them directly, and that would require a minimum purchase of 100). If you have a small budget, its definitely an alternative to a real leadlight or WL/DL, but buy with caution and low expectations.

Their lasers may not be any good - but they have lots of neat crap on there ! ;D

LoL maybe we should call it the "Laser junk yard" from now on ;D

i bought a couple of flashlights from them, 2 cane broke and the other was terribly cheap. i e-mailed them and asked for a replacement and they said they would send them, but they never came. that was 4 months after i got the first shipment, which took 2 months to come. personally i would nevr order from them again, but you could try i guess...

i didnt loose much, the only good thing about that site is their prices. but then again they do charge a boatload for shipping, but it is from china or somewhere in asia
