My suggestions:

1. Be helpful and responsive. There are a million "one stop shops" that all claim to be the best but the #1 thing that sets one apart from the other is COMMUNICATION. Contact us needs to be on top of things. 24 hour response time in proper english (or whichever language is requested if possible)

2. US SHIPPING! I see you have a US customer service center but if you have a US warehouse then that will instantly put you to the top of the list! TMart has a US warehouse and there are times when I will pay MORE for a product since its shipping from the US. (if you have a US warehouse then great job, already took my suggestion ;)

3. Giveaways like this one! Who doesnt like a giveaway!? Giveaways gain attention for you and in a good way. Also brings people to your site and they may stumble on a product they want to buy.....win win for everyone!

4. Weekly deals/subscriber specials. Have a weekly or monthly newsletter that has special deals on select items. Give a coupon or something for the subscribers to get an extra savings. Only thing you need to be cautious of is spamming emails.

5. Keep the website simple. Website already looks good but dont cram it full of junk. Simple and pleasing to the eyes will attract customers.

6. Did I mention customer service? I will pay MORE for a product when the customer service is amazing. When I know the quality is there and I will get EXACTLY what I order, Ill instantly pay more for it.

7. Even though people will pay more for quality service and products, keep prices competitive.

8. DONT GET CAUGHT UP IN MAP PRICING BULL CRAP! You will lose EVERY customer gained through LPF if you post a product at a killer deal and then remove it since it violates a MAP policy. MAP IS THE BIGGEST ENEMY!

9. Keep the discount center fully stocked. Dont let it hit like 4-8 items since then it looks like you dont want to pass a good deal to the customer. Discounts are ALWAYS appreciated by the customer, even if its 1%.

10. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep the products updated. If something is out of stock, please note it on the item page. Nothing makes a customer more mad then placing an order and getting an email saying "sorry the item you purchased is out of stock"

11. Keep active on the forum, let us know about your deals BUT also give back to the forum. Cherry from WallBuys would ONLY post deals on their site and never talked to the members here. All she cared about was pushing their website and products, which made a ton of members mad and I personally will never purchase anything from WallBuys due to Cherry and her attitude.

12. CUSTOMER SERVICE ;)

I think you'll be fine and do a great job

Welcome to LPF and here is to a long good relationship with LPF

EDIT: 13. List the correct specs on items. Flashlights and laser specs are ALWAYS incorrect and misleading on all of your competitors sites. If you list the correct specs, i.e; laser power, flashlight lumen, then you will instantly gain return customers

My Suggestions
1. Quick inquiry response time. As a customer i like to ask questions about products before i buy them, what sets the difference between a bad and good store is the time it takes for questions to be responded to.

2. Samples/Contests... If you can give away free samples to customers when they make a purchase eg: I buy a flashlight and you give a free promotional USB with your site's name on it in return for feedback, customers are likely to come back for more items. And CONTESTS if a site has contests for FREE items (People love the word FREE) People are likely to visit your site. An example of how this could be implemented is once a month there is a contest for store credits etc, alot of people will return for the contest each month and whilst theyre looking at the contest they will probably look at your products too. You could even use the contest to advertise current specials you are running too :)

3. Time to Time MEMBER specials. If you have insane deals for customers who have previously signed up to the site and purchased items, they are very likely to 1: Buy your insane deal 2: Look for other items that they would like. I personally love looking at "specials" on sites like your's or DX.com for example and i alot of the time end up buying something.

4. Simple Web design. There's nothing more frustrating that visiting a site where you can't navigate easily. If you have a simple web layout where it is easy to browse etc, customer retention is likely to be high. Basically the easier it is to search, the more searches i'll make.

5. GOOD SHIPPING! I LOVE GOOD SHIPPING TIMES. If a site gets my item to me in a quick manner, i will DEFINITELY consider it for further purchases. I hate waiting 1+ months for items, alot of the time i'm willing to pay double for small items if they are going to arrive in a timely matter.

6. GOOD PRICES. You can have amazing products that nobody else has but if your prices are too high, nobody will buy them. Also being competitive with other sites is good, stuff like price matching is very encouraging to a buyer. (i'm sure you know this but yeah :))

7. Regional pricing- BIG NONO! Some sites have been setup in a way where they offer different prices on the same country based on what country the customer resides. Eg: Microsoft's policy where Australia pays almost DOUBLE what America pays. Keep the price for items the same for EVERYONE or people like me will not buy anything! (But offer discounts for customers who spend alot at your site eg: If a customer has bought over $300 from your store, offer them a discount of 5% etc on items in your store )

8. Customer service. It's no secret everybody loves good customer service. There's not much to say but: SOLVE PROBLEMS QUICKLY. If a site hassles me about my money/order i will get angry quickly. Don't try to play customers for fools when it comes to returns etc, they will just go straight to paypal and you loose both the sale and another customer.

9. CORRECT ITEM DESCRIPTIONS. I can relate this to lasers... When i'm buying a laser from an overseas site that says 200mW etc and i receive something that is half i'll go straight for a refund. Keep item descriptions accurate on everything, customers hate not getting what they paid for.

By the way, I quickly navigated around your site and it has impressed me! Everything loads smoothly, and everything is very easy to find. You have alot of sorting of different items which makes it very easy to find what i'm looking for.
I hope your store keeps being successful, and i do hope to shop with you shortly!

Customer service (quick replies etc.), clean website, quick shipping, quality products, and an easy to navigate return policy.

As far as products go, quality laser modules, safety glasses (like eagle pair), batteries (panasonic, sanyo, etc) and chargers (nitecore i2 & i4), are always in demand.

We need more replies!

Hello Everbuying crew,

I can't suggest something like be quick in replies or better customer service, because right now I don't know if the customer service is on good level or not...
So I can suggest something else, something that I can see right in this moment :)
At first I think, changing the background in black or any dark color would help better viewing (better contrast) on the products...
Second and last would be suggestion for a bit less comercials...

Overall everything looks great and I guess, that your customer service doesn't need improvement. :)

Thanks so much for the feedback! Maybe I am not sure what you mean by commercials. About the color, many of the products are dark, so we are concerned about that.
Can you give me some examples of some products that you thought would be better viewed with a darker background?

I suggest to improve the search engine for better results. When I type "laserpointer" insteed of "laser pointer" I´m getting no results. And if I type "green laserpointer" I get everything related to green but nothing about lasers.

So the search engine needs to be tuned for different types in writing it and to even recognize for parts of a word. It would be also useful if there would be made some suggestions to what someone is searching for like for example Ebay is doing.

Well, everyone has already covered pretty much all of anything that I came up with, but I do have one suggestion.

I didn't see any advertisements on your site, but if you ever need to put up some ads, which is fine by me, don't put up obnoxious ads that pop up and make a bunch of noise. Most people are ok with small ads on the sidebar. However, if you can avoid ads, that would be best.

EDIT: I just saw that you put up an out of stock sign in the search results on items that are out of stock. That is a really helpful thing to do. However, I did not see something that said out of stock on the actual page. That is something that would be helpful.
