I cannot contact dragon lasers since there email to their complaint department "complaint@dragonlasers.com" was bounced back as not being in existence and their site keeps asking me "to make sure I have entered the correct security code".. of which I have and even in the right caps when I try and commuicate through here: http://dragonlasers.com/about_us

So that is broken too.. the only email that went through was to sales.

Should I buy from Dragonlasers if thier customer service is shut down and the only thing they are willing to man is "more sales"?

Hopefully this is a temporary issue... Has anyone else had these issues?

What would I do if I purchased and has an issue?.... are they not reachable?

Since thier webpage link points to here.. I'm assuming dragon lasers monitors the comments made here.

They don't monitor the posts - they are giving this forum some publicity, that's all. Everyone on here who has dealt with DL has been a happy camper - so if you are thinking about buying from them, it probably is a good idea ;)

Everone who has purchased from DL, including myself, has been VERY satisfied BUT!

Has anyone dealt with Dragon's customer service? Someone somewhere must have had some kind of warranty issue. I couldn't find anything, a little speculation and reckoning here and there on WL and a shipping something or other, 0but all that shit don't mean nothing.

Anyway, here's my question:

Has anyone had a problem / failure / disatisfaction with a DL laser of any kind that was reported to customer service or support? How was it dealt with? Did they take care of it?

well i emailed them a few times prior to buying
and they replied

and maybe its cuz DL actually check their lasers before sending it out, thats why there are so few complaints

but i have read of a few complaints about DL's customer service but they were on the WL forums

Since I started this thread.. I just wanted to make it clear.. it wasn't DL's fault... "I don't think".. something funky was happening when I would send to their complaint department and an "s" was getting added to the address somehow "even though I copied and pasted" and would botch the send.

They have been champs at return email once I figured that out.

Glad to hear that - of course in an ideal world, they wouldn't even NEED that email address !
