Disappointment with Aixiz

I might see about copying over email log to avoid any bias, but suffice it to say: the experienced sucked.

Called, and was answered by a very friendly guy who asked that I email him.
Emailed, listed the pieces I wanted, and heard back within a reasonable number of business days. He later said everything was in stock.
I asked for a quote (and follow up later for any progress), and he replied he didn't have one of the items (that I had already inquired about and 'confirmed' he had). I asked to just have those items dropped, and he replied with trying to sell lasers of a completely different nm.
Repeated I'd rather not and would just buy the diode elsewhere, and now, nearly two weeks of my original inquiry, haven't heard anything.

Ended up getting almost everything from o-like. Little disappointed it's being sourced from Hong Kong, but don't really care at this point.
Still needed two low power 650nm, so I bought those off AixiZ's eBay where there's a middle-man if things don't get to me.
Not happy to do this to a fellow Texan, but figured the experience was worth sharing.

It's probably best to just purchase off their site www.aixiz.net or on Amazon or eBay instead of calling or emailing them. Sometimes their eBay listings have an incomplete description that can be confusing, this subject has come up here before. They have quite a large inventory of items, it's not unusual for them to run out of something, they may have had the item in stock and after you called someone bought the last of them. Many people here buy from them and I have never heard of anyone not receiving what they ordered. The only complaints I have seen here are about their eBay listings or that they are slow to ship something. I have purchased from them on Amazon and on their site www.aixiz.net and have no complaints. I purchased something that was out of stock and they sent me a free gift along with a letter apologizing for the delay, I ended up getting the item I ordered only 2 or 3 days after I got the free gift, there was someone else here reported the same thing happened to them. They are one of the main places members here buy from, if you couldn't trust them we would all hear about it.
