Did you get any emails confirming your order or with shipment info? Also, have you tried to contact Max by the contact form on the site? I don't know if it all goes in the same place but Max has always responded to the contact form for me, but only once (of several tries) through direct email.

I ordered a laser on sunday. Still processing of course. I hope it doesnt take so long to actually get sent. I got my first laser from them in 5 days :drool:

It's been 1 month and 13 days for me. (Still processing) I'm sure they are just really busy.
