Hello!

So last week I got my 200mW blue from DealExtreme, there was just one little problem. It was dead on arrival.

Okay, I thought, don't lose your hope, not yet, commone, not yet. So I contacted DealExtreme and they told me that I could ship it back for a replacement. I said that I don't have any money (since I don't..) and they said that I could keep it and send me a new one. After three days I got my laser! What is strange is that they sent it on a Friday, and it came at Monday morning, the strange about this is that china post and most other shipping companies don't work over weekends..

It seems that they sent it through DHL Express (the one JetLasers uses) when I got it home, so yeah, thats reasonable, they have always taken 1-4 days to arrive to me, fastest was 18 hours (when I bought from JetLasers).

Okay, so when opening up the box, I had got the laser, batteries (which aren't included with Dildas), charger (which aren't included with Dildas) and a tripod clamp + those legs.

All in all, their customer support is far much superior to WickedLasers, and such a cheap chinese company is better then that of a company that sells $300 lasers (overpriced............).

Just wanted to say that, definitely gonna purchase more from YourLasers (DealExtreme). But first, I'm going to try out the other sites, focalprice, tmart etc.

Thanks!

It's nice to hear that some Chinese companies still have great customer service. Yes DX makes quite a bit off of lasers, and they probably want to maintain that revenue stream.
Good info. +rep

I have received refunds of broken items from DX too, without sending them back! Very pleased with them!

Yeah.

I would actually instead like to see the $100 spent on Express Shipping be spent on a better laser, but still, its nice of them.

YourLasers sold me a green laser pointer which was labled 300mW for 50$. The actual output power of this laser is 80mW (100mW peak with unknown amount of IR). I didn't expect it to be 300mW for 50$, but 80mW for 50$?

I contacted customer service and asked to return it for a full refund since what I got is not what was advertised.

They demanded that I'll send them a video of the measurement process. I sent them screenshots of my LaserBee tests, they weren't satisfied with it. So I made a video.

Only then they offered partial refund. I said I want to return it for a full refund. They refused to a return and offered 40$ refund.

Under the circumstances and to avoid more of a hassle I agreed. I've been waiting three days now and the money still didn't come back.

Laser websites don't use paypal anymore, due to new regulations applied by paypal.

Therefore, I paid by credit card, and got no email with receipt to paypal.
