I'm about to buy a bunch of laser modules from DealExtreme.com

I really need these modules within 4 weeks for a project... and i heard a lot of bad things of DealExtreme, like months of delivery time  :-/
But since I have a small budget to spend for this project this laser module looks like a nice deal.

How is the delivery time from this companie? Anyone has experience with it? And will it be on time if I order in the next couple of days?

The lasers need to go all the way to The Netherlands

I checked this aixiz, it has some lasers i could use for my project.
the only thing is, it costs a little bit more...

how is the delivery time of this companie? will it be faster than DX?

Aixiz is just as bad as DX when it comes to shipping, you never know how long they will take to ship you the lasers.

You will most likely get your lasers in under 4 weeks from DX, but there is no guarantee of that. You probably have better luck buying those laser modules off eBay (not from aixiz)

I think the ones jake21 is selling are blank without a 5mW red laser diode in it meant for DIY lasers. Have jake clarify that for you. I have ordered stuff from jake before and he does ship fast.

dx recently started 24 hour shipping. so if it ships within 24 hours it will be 10-15 days tops for it to arrive. but you cant go wrong with those deals

Does that mean they ship all times of the day (Ship all around the clock)
or within 24 hours... :-?

Really? how do you know?
delivery within 16 days would be awesome  :)

Anyone has recent delivery information or recent experiences with DX?

What happens to DX? Time to time the DX forum talks about the lasers are true or not? Somebody even says that if the product name is not marked "true", the "50mW" could probablay be "30mW" for example. :eek:

If you also need to buy 200mW laser pen, I recommend Dealperfect. It is almost US$9 cheaper than DX. For the other "mW", their price seems no much difference.

If you need them quick, just buy them off from somebody of the forum. DX can take over 9000 days to arrive.
