I'm in a Paypal dispute right now with price angels unfortunately. I ordered the 10 trustfire hosts on nov 25th with EMS shipping, and they never made it out of china. My tracking hasn't updated since Dec 3rd but they seems to think it's going to just show up magically.
USPS - Track & Confirm
They told me they filed an "official notice" with hong kong post over the lost package. If i think it's lost, and they think its lost, then i think it's time for a refund......

I went to the Post Office and they only told me what the tracking page already shows. They were unable to help at all. Could you please inform John of this problem? I ordered them with EMS shipping so that I would have them by now.

I have discussed this problem with John. He said It has been shipped out on 2010-11-29 2:18:36. Usually it needs 3-7 working days to deliver. You package may be delayed because the Christmas is around the corner.
When package are in your local place, It need our customers pay much attention to it.
Hope that you can receive it soon.

It has been 16 days now since the package was shipped. From what I can tell, the package never left China. I think it's getting time to consider the possibility of a refund.

Just to let you know that your order might take a while

look at that ones record.
Took over 1 month to get to my house and that was after an international shipping inquiry was filled.
Shipping is very slow from china and is way backed up, finds out mine was on a waiting list to get shipped as was being stored until there was an open slot.
Very backed up.
If you ever order anything from china i urge anyone to order via DHL they ship within 5 days from china to my door every time.
That is the reason i suggest you use dont use DX as they wont let you order via DHL.
It costs more sure but they have a 100% better system and almost no wait.
So i know you opened up a dispute but its the holidays shipping will always be slow.
If you order follows the same as mine did you still got about 2 more weeks till you get that package.
and even then its up to the usps customs to pass your package in, and yes even they are backed up so that could add another week or 2 and there nothing you can do but maybe pay to have your package moved into a higher priority ranking. but standard shipping is the lowest on the list to get passed.
