Is it actually possible to get through to a live human being with the phone number on Wicked Lasers' website, and if so, does anyone there actually speak English, and since they're in China, do I have to call in the middle of the night?

To answer your question: Yes, they are there, only if you press two for sales though, and they have been white-sounding women every time i've talked to them.

Why would it be deleted? I can't get through by e-mail so I'll probably have to call them, and I have a very complicated service request, so I don't want to have to explain it to someone who doesn't speak English well...

If you want to talk to someone at wL to talk about a complicated
issue..... you are wasting your time... IMO

They can't even address simple E-Mails like.. "Has my order # XXXX
shipped
"

As far as I'm concerned they don't care about their customer's
problems as long as the $$$$ are coming in...

still waiting to hear from them! wonder how many was actually shipped. probably not more than 10.
 
Ask them if they could possibly build a laser without using 12 ounces of thermal compound to hold everything together while your at it.

I've been trying to get ahold of someone all week. Morning, day and the middle of the night. I've tried 1 and 2, only to go straight to voice mail. I'm the most patient guy in the world, but when I try to add something to my order and offer them even more money for something that who knows when will ship, it gets a little old and frustrating, even for me. My exciting news of the day - I sent my fourth request to send me the G1 and finally got an email back stating they received my request and are processing it! A response of some sort!!! I originally ordered June 9th with an order number of 47xxx and 5xxxx are getting theirs? What gives? O.K. I've vented my laid back self. I think I can wait at least another week.
 
They speak English. But you probably won't see the words equating to your results. ;-/
 
I actually got through on the support line. It was around 8:15 Some guy picked up.

I asked if I could have a tracking number for my arctic. He said he would email "Sunny" and that he would email me back the results.

I didn't think anything would happen but to my surprise, 10 min later he forwarded me Sunny's response with my tracking number - by that time my arctic was out for delivery.

I called once and got a "white guy" on the phone!!!!!! No problems. I got my arctic ~ 7 days after they reported shipping. I've never talked to "Steve" however.
