Check out Sanwu's shop. Shipping takes a bit of time, but the lasers actually arrive, and they're good quality.

how is this joker...errr i mean Thejoker301 company still on the main banner on this site? LPF still supports him and endorse him even after all this?

I am a bit confused here.

He is no longer the main sponsor of LPF, as all threads in the "main sponsor" sub forum has been cleared. But since he paid for the banner, c0ld has to keep it up because of legal reasons (or so I've heard) or until someone else buys it (I'm assuming, but that might not be true depending on the contract c0ld made with sci-fi).

No endorsement going on, just advertisement at this point. His store isn't even online, it got taken down lol.

There was no TOS or agreement that banner placement was contingent on the business being honest and/or viable? That was a mistake. Always include some language that allow the ad to be pulled if need be. "Legal" reasons? Pull the ad! What's he going to do, complain? You don't advertise fraudulent companies, simple as that.

Maybe the admin or whoever got paid by SciFi Lasers to put the banner up could simply pay SciFi back money for whatever amount of time is left on the contract. If SciFi is no longer in business, then the banner doesn't help SciFi. Paying back SciFi for the remainder of the contract on a pro-rated basis should make SciFi happy to get money, and LPF would be happy that the banner is gone. Everyone happy!

I don't see any reason Coldshadow should refund any money and why on the earth would anyone care to make Eitan happy? Let it fly as long as he paid it to so if he ever logs back in it reminds him of what a POS crook and what a pathetic and incompetent businessman he is.
People need to stop worrying so much about the banner. Its not going anywhere until his contract expires, his website and business is done, his reputation is forever tarnished, its time we all start moving on.

100% agree. Boy I had a close call with that 515nm GB with Eitan. I remember that thing dragged for like months and months, after many emails back and forth, he finally gave my money back. :evil:

Seems like he's had problems forever,(there are people from 6-8 months ago who never got their laser). but people kept recommending him because of the customers who actually got their items. I wonder how he chose who to send stuff to anyway? Did he just pull numbers out of a hat or something? It's really weird because some members like Stone, LED, ultron, photonist etc recently received items from him while others had been waiting months.

Well there is no forum rule which sais you have to be good at doing buisness. Remember, he didnt argue in any of our paypal claims and most of us actually got their money back for all i know. Besides, even if you were to ban him, what would ceep him from comming back with a new account saying "Hey, i've got some lasers to sell".

Maybe just leave him be. At least if he doesn't owe you any money.

Eh, it'd come out that he's shipping from Israel, and that would raise some major flags.

Right, but there are legal rules against releasing private information, at least in the US.

Plus, AFAIK LPF bans scammers after the issue is resolved/unable to be resolved.
