Thanks for all the help on my friends orders--we have had need for an honest Co. rep like you.
AFAIK LPF does not consider responding in anyone with issues threads about LM or YL to be spam.
And while coupons and gift certificateds may not be the very best solution it certainly is a big step in the right direction and I appreciate the one you gave us for the minor problem we had with a projector-its fixed now and you have covered the cost of the green module so that is all good.

I dont think she knew that her first post was the dreaded spam.

I am happy to help her as long as she helps the forum and does so honestly.

I know those with issues at Yl or LM will appreciate another way to get help.

BTW cherry lee has pretty good English skills but if anyone gets a confused answer please try again with more simple terms and I think this will help her to help you better.
