Aixiz is DEFINITELY still hacked. Every time I go there now, Microsoft Security Essentials gives me an alert and makes me clean a security infection. I never ever ever get that crap either, from anywhere else.

Aixiz has something sketchy going on, and they either need to quit it, or figure out what it is and get someone to take care of it for them.

I just won't visit their website - purchase only through their eBay username if necessary.

I am very sorry to say I got infected by going to there site many months ago so I haven't been back as it was a real chore to clean my computer :tsk:

I only order over the phone now, I do hope they get a new computer system that will help keep the hackers out as I do like there wares ;)

Confirming the virus, picks up a Trojan, and a foreign .jar file 2 times.

Sorry for the size, updating programs

This should have been all cleared up about a month ago, the problem was with the web hosting company.

Just checked it, showing no virus activity on the web site, confirmed by Norton.

I contacted Chuck from Aixiz this morning....
It seems the Problem was corrected a month ago
and there are no more problems getting on his site...

Jerry, it was corrected about a month ago. Just check, showing no virus issues.

Seems fixed to me and btw because that is a .jar file (java file) you would still have to click Run on a confirmation dialog before getting infected. NEVER click Run on a java confirmation dialog unless you are 100% sure its from a trusted source.

It looks fixed to me too. That's a recent development though, because it was still acting up 2 days ago.

All looks good now though.

Hackers and info/data thieves have been all over the newz lately. The victims include the owners of these sites too. Maybe even moreso than anyone else. I have no doubt that these threats are taken very seriously.

One new ploy is insidieous- they send you an email saying that your info may have been stolen---Click "HERE" to find out. Never fall for that.

Another I got several times came from a very legit looking UPS site saying my package is being returned to the sender if I do not click 'here' to verify my address- I send them to UPS and they both turned out to not be from UPS> AND the boldest one claimed to be from the fricken' director of the FBI -that really takes some balls to USE the name of the FBI in a scam--no fear.

stay on your toes

hak(not hack BTW)

EDIT- I just called Aixiz and they have not been seeing any of these problems if you will go to the front page of AixiZ.com-once you have a good link I suggest you create a shortcut and put it on your desktop and only use that one. (never btw use aixiz.shop-that is not aixiz) AixiZ is persuing serious criminal charges for the hacker.

Ya, I think the virus is still there also...

Despite the fact that there are mixed reports of it being present, and not - I'm able to still get it. Not always, but sometimes. Who knows what combination of browsers / oses triggers it. But I think they need to get someone to really clean their code out.
