I, as many others here was looking for a seller for the Dilda laser, wich seems to be the cheapest option for a laser able to burn etc...

The main supplier for this laser is www.dealextreme.com, but many people have said here their lasers use to be underspec, and dildas can come with 150mW or less. So a LPF user (Standstone11) have a website (www.o-like.com), and she offer dildas WITH CHARGER AND BATTERIES and with a +180mW guarantee for 45$.

So I thought, 4$ more, I get 180mW for sure and the charger and cells (wich would be more buying them on DX). She also offered me the option to send the batteries and charger in another package so customs won't confiscate it. The offer was too good to be real, and as I heard here she was trusthfull, I ordered her the dilda.

Today I recived the batteries and yesterday I recived the dilda and I have to give a 10 to Susie. Both the lasers, charger and batteries are in perfect condition, the laser power have tested 184mW in the university meter ( i have a friend there who get acces at the optics department :D ). I paid 5$ for a 190mW guarantee (I ased Susie for that) and as the power was under 190, she gave me the 5$ back in 12 hours.

She also replied all my mails in less than 24h, so I give her 5 stars in all aspects.

From my experience, O-like.com is the best option to get a burning laser set.

It burns dark plastic like hell, it seems like it's eating most of the plastics i tried. It pops balloons from up to 10 meters and light matches too (everything need some focusing skills). The point is blindingly bright, I use dark sunglasses for burning becasue it almost hurts to look at it without them. The charger is not the highest quality but it have a led to show the batteries level so it's more than enough for me.

The only cons I found is that the charger have US connection, she probably doesn't have european ones, but it really doesn't matter, I bought an adapter in a chinese shop for 1$. The other is the focusalbe lens, they move so easy so I think I'll add teflon tape. I also heard here that this hapens to most of the dildas so It's ot her fault at all.

Thanks Susie!!

I atach the photos with more resolution at the end.

If you'd like to get MORE POWER from your dilda, replace the 3.0 Volt cells with the 3.6 Volt cells. Mine jumped up to 220mW's, up from about 165mW's [smiley=vrolijk_26.gif] rob
