I just checked on the UPS Tracking and it seems that my
Laser arrived at the Mirabel Airport (Montreal) this morning...
So I might get a package on Monday or Tuesday...

But I will probably get hit with $100.00 Duty/Taxes and
the outrageous UPS Brokerage fees...:cryyy:
I was sure they would send it by EMS or some other Mail
service...

We are in Hangzhou. We also do not understand it. Our goods need to be first sent from Hongzhou to Hong Kong. Another batch of goods is sent to Shaoxing. These places are transits. We paid 30-40 USD for the shipping, and we choose the fastest delivery mode. The shipping company is responsible for sending our lasers, if their goods can be safely arrived, what would you say?

Dear Jieff111,

You don't understand ! but YOU have posted the message #117 .
This tracking information is for who ? someone from the forum ?

I also believe that its an honest and good transaction.
Parcels will arrive in good condition next week.
As we will send pictures of your incredible 1W 445nm blue laser and first appreciations.(and orders)
Need only patience...

Finally, we wish the moderator could stop attacking us, we are still considering to do advertising. If you do not change your attitude, we will never do advertising here, as you fail to provide an open and transparent environment. People will look down upon it
.

I do not believe that I can be any more open or transparent. You came here with multiple account, pretending to be different people, talking to each other about how good LVYILasers was.

I banned your multiple accounts because it is against the TOU. I advised you to come back and do a proper introduction in the Companies board. I advised you how to become a well respected member of this community. When people asked about you (in this thread) I told everyone what had happened.

Which part of this is an attack, the ban for violating the TOU or the advise on how to become a respected member of this community (which, you still have not taken) or me being open enough to tell the truth?

Also, are threats a normal part of your marketing strategy or did you save this one just for me? There are over 12,000 members here. It is part of my job to make the forum run as smoothly as possible and to protect those members from potential harm.

Do you want to be part of THIS community, or do you simply want to do what you do in China and force US to adapt?

I would LOVE for you to become a well respected and very successful member of THIS community. However, as you have noticed in this thread, WE look out for one another here.

Peace,
dave

to gauge the heart of a gentleman with one's own mean measure

I'm just pointing out that it's a real possibility, nothing against you, members who were once very respected here pulled that type of scam and I'm not one to just trust anyone, I have my own very good reasons for this and I will apologize for calling you a scammer if you prove me wrong.

I am pretty sure that the open and transparent environment includes discussions of the products received or not.
Also, having more that one account in order to praise oneself leaves a rather dishonest impression.

the price seems attractive, but I don't know whether it is a believable website.
Moreover, the foreign sales team in the web is not available. SO i will still look for another site for my first laser pointer

The UPS website shows our package at the UPS sorting center
in Lachine Quebec since Sept 11.... I'll check it this afternoon to
see if it is updated (they don't work on the weekends..

I received an E-Mail from the seller that stated only the batteries
were not included and some precautions about the driver and
an issue with the Switch.

1. Do you buy the 16430 or CR123A batteries to ensure 3.7v-4.2v rechargeable battery voltage£¿If both the battery voltage is lower than 6V, the laser cannot work.
2. The positive terminal must be put face to the spring, while the negative towards the switch. If you installed it wrong, the circuit will burn and will not work. We have the instructions. I hope you do not violate the instructions.
3. The switch may be too tight. Please use the clamp to lose the end switch a little bit.
I will wait until I comment on the Laser and accessories once they
are in our hands... I'll probably write a Review of this Laser as well.

I must say... up to this point the shipping times are 1000 times better
than the WL Arctic.. and they have not lied to me yet..

The only thing I don't like so far is the lousy communications of this
seller... I still have not received any responses to my 5 E-Mails I sent
them...
This... in my opinion is the best way to put doubts of trust in the minds
of potential buyers...

Time will tell...

@00Giorge....
Yeah... UPS is a money hungry Pig when receiving a package
from outside of Canada....
In the past we have purchased a $20.00 item from the USA
and with Taxes...Duty and UPS brokerage Fees it came to an
additional $~50.00....
If at all possible my company boycotts UPS...

I am very sad that someone called us liars due to interests. We have the most customer groups in China because of honesty. We will never cheat our customers. The 1w blue laser pointer of 170 USD is real, we have sold many of them in China, and the shipping information is also real. If you think we are liars, you can refuse to buy our products, as we don’t care about making the money from you.
.

Many of these trust issues are cultural...but when you come to a forum like this they are also based on past experience. If your company comes here as a New company or re-organized, that trust must be earned. Changes in pricing, advertising something that is not available($20 diodes)....these show forum members that you are either Unexperienced or perhaps not honest. Either way it makes a consumer very unwilling to part with their money!
Just your word will not do here....I understand that you may have very large support there in China........but that is not the US, Canada, and Europe!

+Stabilized your prices...even if at a loss to you(this will pay off in the end)
+Keep good contact with your customers!!(CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH)
+Advertise ONLY what you have in stock.
+KEEP GOOD CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS!!(see above)

If you are honest and continue to be, your business will do very well!

There might be something wrong with our web site background. Your letter on our website will be sent to my other mailbox. I don’t know why you cannot receive my reply. I have responsed to all your 5 letters.
As for your other problems, here are my answers:
1. Now we do not have protection for the circuit mainly to save electricity. After all, if we make the protection, it will consume a part of current. But we also feel confused because we are very risky at this price, after September 15 we sent products to foreign countries with the protection in case some customers do not follow our instructions and burn the circuit and the cost of repairing is quite high. 2, The switch is good, but sometimes the switch makes battery too tight. But this situation is very rear, please be assured,

I doubt Jerry has anything personal against you or your company. If he says he never received any replies, then he never did.

I also don't think he was complaining about the instruction email either. You sending it is actually a good thing, since it's better for customers to know about possible issues and how to resolve them, than to just get an item that apparently doesn't work.

Though I'm not sure about what kind of protection circuits your talking about. Protection against reverse polarity only takes a single diode to accomplish, and I don't see how low voltage could kill the driver, and with that particular battery combination, i'm not sure how anyone could manage to exceed 8.4v either.

As 445nm laser tube is different from 808nm and 650nm laser tubes, if the 4.2 volt 18650 battery is used, it needs to step up circuit, and it may cause instability. We have learned from some friends in China that it does not need to step up circuit, as now we use two cr123a, the time is almost two hours. Moreover, our 532nm and 650nm laser pointers currently use one 18650 battery with current reverse polarity protection. On September 15, in order avoid risks, our 1w blue also used the protection function. This is really a simple task, it only needs a small part, but we take into account it. So goods exported after September 15 will have the protection, for those without the protection, please refer to our instruction. This is not a large problem.

I want to point out that actually 99% of lasers are made in China. Many foreign friends don’t know about it, as many sellers of lasers will remove Chinese marks, in order to make the goods look like non-Chinese goods. But actually they are all made in China. We never remove Chinese marks, as you can see from our website. In addition, we can accept not only paypal payments, but also Western Union. No matter what kind of payment mode you use, we will treat you as the same. We are very honest, we will provide the best goods. In fact, this 1w blue laser pointer has an excellent advantage, namely its focusing function. Its focus can be 1 M beyond. 650nm and 532nm laser pointer do not have such focus. Their focus is 1 decimeter at most, so I hope foreign friends will like it.
