Awesome build jayrob. I have been busy too so I don't post much. I have always admired your builds but I think this is one of your best...if not the best. Keep it going!

Those beams look perfectly aligned, did you set them up to be perfectly aligned at a certain distance, or at "infinity"?

I first focused the individual lasers to best dot at 80', then align beams at aperture, and finally align the dots together at distance. (80')

P.S.

If anybody is wondering how I see the dots good enough for getting them aligned at 80', it's a good question...

I bounce the beam off a mirror at the opposite end of the house so that the returning beam/dot is on the wall right near me. (must use caution obviously) Posting this information in the OP now...
