WTB: 9mm 808nm laser diodes

They don't list prices...
SLD323V, the second from the bottom in the 808nm section is 1W in a 9mm can.

SLD322V, is 500mW. They are both Sony multimode diodes.

RLT808-150GS is 150mW and single mode.


Would these be good for pumping green or blue? They give or take 10nm @ 808nm.

They would probably give temperature sensitive DPSS lasers. ;D

Try and find some diodes with better tolerances. 808 +-10 is 798nm and 818nm at the extremes which is pretty much useless for DPSS from what I have read.

Here ya go, dont know about the seller or the quality of his products, but these 9mm diodes with a +-3nm tolerance would be much better suited for your application, as you are probably not going to be putting a temp stabilizing TEC system into your laser.
