Here's the last of all the pics I took. Hopefully this will show the major differences in my collection. I could have made it really complicated but as it is there are multiples of the same general color so it's not going to look like a simple rainbow. I might add a simpler rainbow as it would probably look nicer but for now here they are. Have been working on all the threads since early this morning and I need to take a break and get a shower in plus a bike ride with my wife.

The colors are not as dynamic as they should be because there is too much fog. Had to add that much to get the 685nm to show up. Going to do a more simplified version later and add it to this thread.
From 405nm-685nm:

Thanks for looking and I hope members find some enjoyment in all the threads I put up the last couple of days. I'm going to have to do a much simpler rainbow still so it looks more dynamic. Probably 405, 473, 520, 589, 638 and would be the way to go or maybe 405, 445, 473, 520, 532, 589, 635, 650.

Changed my mind. Going to eat something and then get then take the other rainbow pics and post them to finish:)
Here's the 405, 473+, likely around 510, 589 and 638:

I can appreciate all the work that goes into all of your recent "color" posts from setting up, photographing, posting, etc. A very nice thorough presentation!

Thanks my friend. I realize it's nothing like yours but it was still a lot of work. All pics were taken with my Galaxy Note 4. I intend to get a note 5 around thanksgiving/Christmas time but am not intending to turn in my note 4. I think it would be smarter to keep it as a backup and besides, it can do everything but call still on wifi.
I refuse to be jealous of your 593.5 CNI PGL 30mW but it's what I would like for that wavelength. What is interesting is my Spartan 589nm looks very orange at times and I think it may look more orange the longer I run it but I would have to verify that. I don't want one that isn't a pointer.
Looking at what you have I would recommend a couple of 462nm units if you are in the market for something else. I have looked into the 488nm situation in a week I think but I'm hoping that turns out to be for real like everyone else.
I still have to go and fix all my pics from my collection thread which will take awhile. Not looking forward to it. In fact if there's anyplace I still have a pic at 4k I need to fix it so if anyone sees one send me a link.

Hey Pete,
I did try to get a 462 pointer in the aborted Group Buy last year, and the lasers shipped, but were confiscated by Customs. We are lucky we got our money back. It is really a shame. I got very lucky with the 593.5. One morning at 4AM getting ready for work it popped up in the FOR SALE section and I was the first to respond. The money was sent the same day to ensure I got it.

Rainbow pics can be a pain.. fog levels, brightness levels, and washout. You got some pretty good ones though

I tried. I realized after the first set with so many wavelengths it was going to be rough to get it to come out well especially using the fog as I'm using my notea 4 at 4k in auto mode. Bruce would be able to do it right with long exposure and no fog. I did what I could so it is what it is. I now have to spend hours going back through all the lasers spread all over the place and try and put them away.

I enjoyed your effort. It is hard to get different powers of different wavelengths to show up well. Thank you for the presentation.

Fantastic! Your yellow looks almost red in the middle of some of the shots.

Now you need one of those 488nm to complete the rainbow ;)

I should have taken a pic of all the lasers that I didnt include that had momentary switches. There may have been close to a 100 of them lol
Took me almost 8 hours yesterday to put them all in some kind of new order back in cases a better way than I had originally had them. Paying the price today as I spent most of that time on my knees and now they are extremely stiff. You should here the lovely crackling noises they make. Yuck!

Yeah, getting old sucks! I found this out several years ago. It's all down hill from here, buddy. :p

Nicely done. One of my goals is to get a rainbow shot of my collection (soonish I hope) but I've yet to manage to figure out how to do it and make it look good even with my modest collection. I was also waiting an attempt to fill a hole in my wavelength collection but I'll be damned if I can remember what it is now. As Paul said getting old sucks!
