Is my blue overpowered?

I got a 2mw blue from DL a few days ago and the beam in the dark is as bright as my core which itself is overpowered (6.97mw) Is this normal balance of the colors or is the blue overpowered?

looking at a laser is like measuring horsepower with your butt. it doesn't work. you gotta stick it into calibrated meter to find out.

you never heard of someone using their butt dyno?

like i put this new exhaust on and it seems more powerful.. etc etc..

and then they dyno it to find the gains and it lost horsepower.
