^^^Be SUPER careful with that laser indoors. One reflection and you're screwed for life.

It's 445nm btw.

Yes @ 2.2Watts you probably don't "need" any more power, but a nice green laser that still has some power to it would be nice. A 532nm DPSS Laser which is not multi-mode (compared to 445nm which is) would burn very well, and the beam would be really bright and more visible than 445nm during the day too.

You have novalasers, wickedlasers, lazerer, dragonlasers just to mention a few. You could go with a sort of DIY, but you'll have to buy the module, as it would be a DPSS, as there are currently no high powered green diode based Lasers that would do any sort of burning.

im gonna look them up i know wicked lasers is based in china i prefer to keep them american based, so which of those companies are based in us? and yea i didnt "need" the 2.2w laser in the first place so why not keep it powerful

Actually none of them are located in the USA.

Jump on over to optotronics and take a look at the RPL's, they are Green 532nm. He is based in Colorado, and ships directly from there too. You'll have it in days. I have purchased many times from Jack (the owner) and currently own 2 of his finest RPL's, one is in the original black finish and the other newer one is in the silver finish he currently carries.

Jack tests each and every Laser before he sends them out, and backs them up with a 12 month warranty; so no worries there, and you can also get a Power Certificate too is you like. Tell Jack I said Hello
