I have successfully fixed the divergence issue with my laserglow Vega. Justin sent me the instructions and I had to open it up and re-adjust the collimating plate which had come lose. Now for some fun.
Spot on a wall at approximately 41 feet. (Fixed)

Beam shot with Vega alone in a dim room.

4 color beam shot in dimly lit room. (my lasers are NOT all mode hopping. That is just the camera being bumped)

3 more beam shots in the dark.

You can see the beam in a completely dark room without smoke but it isn't bright enough for the camera to pick up well. By the time I have an actual video uploaded there isn't much to see. I can probably get some decent pictures of the beam without smoke but videos=no. I'll upload some smokeless beam pics later tonight.

I didn't have anything to put the camera on for the pictures so I had to hold it in midair above the beams. That's why some of the pictures are blurred.

Ok here are some completely smokeless/low humidity beamshots. In reality the beam is about as bright as 3mw of green depending on whether or not the laser is putting out its peak or min output. This laser can be used for star pointing if there is a decent amount of humidity in the air and there aren't too many other light sources.

Nothing spectacular but here they are. The beam is much more visible to your eye than the camera.

Here are some no smoke "beamshots" of a 5mw green for comparison. My camera sucks at this.
